I cheated on Martha- Peanut butter filled chocolate molten cakes

No great write up here, but it was really good and the end result was pretty, so I thought I would post a picture.  This was from the 2009 Food and Wine Cookbook.  It was really rich, but good and relatively easy to make.  If anyone wants it there are also options for caramel, raspberry and marshmallow fillings.

    I LOVE chocolate molten cakes and yours are gorgeous!! I have a recipe from MS Food, but it didn’t have any fillings. Definitely interested in the peanut butter filling!

      I’ll try to remember to copy the recipe and scan it and send it to you- all the variations are on one page. Or, I know that Food and Wine has it on their web page. The filling was just creamy peanut butter, butter and powedered sugar and then divide that between the four ramekins.
